The kids had so much fun playing on the 'campsite'...running in and out of the tents, playing horseshoes, four-wheeling and finding sticks to add to the "fire"!
We rounded all the campers up and they were each given Hobo Hiking Packs filled with a compass, magnifying glass & bug catching net and then they were set off on their "hike" to go find snakes and bugs (plastic ones that were scattered around the park)! They were so cute and all of them were on a serious mission to catch as many bugs as they could!
Next up was the Nature Craft. They got to decorate birdhouses with glitter glue, coloring pencils, and stickers! They all loved this project and I can tell you there are quite a few birds in town that are enjoying some very artsy houses!
Last, but certainly not least was the Potato Sack Races! Let me tell you this was a hoot! Those little campers are very competitive!!

Oh wow, I just stumbled across your lovely blog, and it reminds me so much of my youth when I came to the States and makes me wish I could bring my little girl to experience Summer Camp.
